Policies
By booking an appointment with Duchess Brows and Lashes clients accept the following policies.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
All cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment total payable before the next appointment is confirmed.
No Shows
If a client provides no notice and does not attend their appointment at the correct time specified in the confirmation email, the client will be required to pay the full price of the missed appointment prior to a new appointment being confirmed.
Refunds
No refunds are provided for services supplied.
Pricing
Prices are tiered by precise rebooking times and clients acknowledge that top up prices increase if the appointment is not booked within the correct time frame and accept that they will be charged a higher price if they book a top up appointment outside of the time since their last appointment.
After Care
Clients are responsible for providing all after care instructions provided and Duchess Brows and Lashes cannot guarantee results as results depend on the after care that clients continue at home.
Photos
Clients consent to before and after photos and videos being taken and consent to the use of these photos on social media, websites, advertisements and other posts online.
Reactions
Clients accept that possible risks and reactions can occur including but not limited to:
Waxing: skin removal, redness, swelling, tenderness and allergic reaction.
Tinting: skin warmth, redness, stinging, swelling and itchiness.
Lash extensions: redness, irritation, itching, swelling and symptoms of ocular distress.
Clients are to advise Duchess Brows and Lashes if they experience any discomfort or reactions within 48 hours of their appointment and should seek medical advice.
